1. Nature’s Most Powerful Organic Disinfectant & Oxidizer
O3 kills viruses, bacteria, mold spores, and odors a whopping 3,000 times faster than chlorine.

  2. Proven to be Effective Against Tough Microorganisms
O3 kills microorganisms such as Cryptosporidium, antibiotic-resistant, Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Escherichia coli., Enterococcus Faecalis, P. Aeruginosa, Salmonella, Listeria, and Pseudomonas are destroyed by ozone.

  3. EPA Approved Antimicrobial Disinfectant and Sanitizer
O3 is only one of three groups of antimicrobial agents registered by the EPA for public health use.

  4. Environmentally Preferred Sanitizer
O3 sanitizes without chemicals and is non-combustible. Unlike toxic chemicals, it does not generate dangerous byproducts, such as Trichloroethane (THM).

  5. Saves Money
O3 replaces the time and cost associated with traditional cleaning and disinfecting processes without the use of water or chemicals.

  6. pH Neutral
O3 leaves no by-products or residue behind and turns back into breathable oxygen (O2) within 30 minutes after the treatment is complete.

Our proprietary commercial generators, mimic nature by dispersing intense amounts of O3 that sanitize every nook and cranny including air duct system - from the attic to the crawlspace.

What should I do to prepare for a sanitizing treatment?

  1. Identify, remove and remedy the source of any odors. For example: garbage, diapers, pet urine/feces and nicotine residue on all surfaces.
  2. Make sure that all people, pets and plants are removed for the area(s) being treated.
  3. All valuables must also be secured.
  4. Set the fan to the ON position to help circulate the air throughout the area
  5. Open all interior doors. Shut all windows.
  6. Plan to be away from the treated area(s) for an agreed upon time.
  7. Purchase and be prepared to replace all HVAC filters.

What exactly is a sanitizing treatment?

This treatment is used to destroy unwanted odor, kill mold spores, vermin and microorganisms including MRSA and Staphyloccus in your entire home or business. It involves using a commerical activated oxygen (ozone) generator with a timer to create high levels of ozone for a short period of time, between 4-6 hours. All people, pets and plants must be removed from the areas being treated for the duration of the treatment.

What certifications does Extreme Odor Removal & Sanitizing have?

What does "source of odor" mean?

Source of odor refers to anything and everything that generates odor. A few examples include: garbage, pet urine/feces, decaying food/rodents, nicotine residue and mildew from leaks or storm damage. If the source is not removed and/or repaired there is no amount of activated oxygen that will remove odors permanately. Please remedy the source of odor prior to treatment.
